Dear Friends,

A very warm welcome is extended to you from the heart of Bavaria, Germany to
this years 16th Munich Feis.

We are returning once again to our venue in Oberschleissheim. We will be runnin gthree stages with trophies for top 3 dancers in all Trophy dances and Open Cham-

Our awards stage will be in the Conference room next door for most of Saturday.
We will once again have our Tir na nOg under 5 competition for our future dancing
stars from Europe. This competition is free. Killian Schmidt our feis mascot Teddy will be presented to all Open Championship winners and trophy winners ( begs, pri-
mary and Intermediate ) sponsored by our vereins in Munich and Landstuhl.

We will return with our fun blind treble reel competitions plus our junior and senior
Parade of Champions Champion !!

For teachers, we can offer a full hospitality suite operating throughout the day,
where you are welcome to come along and relax, chat and have a bite to eat.

The Kurfurst Hotel is our Feis Hotel again this year. It has lovely family rooms, a
swimming pool and restaurant all in walking distance from the Oberschleissheim
Castle, 10 euros in a taxi to the feis. There are other hotels all at the next train
stop at Unterschleissheim which are easily accessible to the feis venue, no car is
needed. The Blaue Karpfen is in walking distance to the feis venue.

Tir na nOg the home of Sweeney McAvinchey dance school would like to thank you or your support in previous years and we look forward to welcoming you all again this year.

A practise area will be available for all dancers to have a good warm up downstairs.
Stalls will be announced nearer the date. Updates will be on our Facebook page and website in the weeks running up to our feis.
